PERSONAL DATA

The User is informed that his personal data collected as part of contact forms, personalized services or any other questionnaire are subject to automated processing by ECM. The data necessary for the management of the commercial relationship are collected on the basis of the legitimate interest of ECM to monitor and manage the commercial relationship with its customers, including the establishment of quotes as well as to be able to answer questions asked via the contact form on the site.

The User's personal data may also be used by ECM for commercial prospecting or commercial animation purposes (in particular for the promotion of services).

The data collected is intended for ECM or companies belonging to the ECM group. This data may also be transmitted to technical partners of ECM acting as subcontractors (such as service providers offering services related to its operation), and this for the proper management of the services provided to the User.

ECM may, however, retain the personal data for a longer period of time to comply with legal obligations and in particular the applicable limitation periods, it being specified that the identity documents of the Users collected in case of exercise of their rights will be destroyed once the request has been processed.

The personal data transmitted by the User to ECM, in accordance with the agreed purposes, may, during certain operations, be transferred to a country outside Lebanon.  In the event of such a transfer, appropriate safeguards ensuring the protection and security of such information shall be put in place.

The Site is operated by ECM whose head office is in Lebanon and these terms of use are subject to Lebanese law.
